Polo- My experience

Since past 13 years in the month of January, the game polo is held in the polo club Rambagh Jaipur. Even this year it was held and was sponsored by Vodafone. Some of the known influencers were invited to watch it and we were given a polo briefing session by one of the best players of polo.

Before meeting him, for me, it was a game in which some cute random guys rode a horse and play hockey. well, that's something that everyone knows. But there were things that I learnt from that session and that gave me a better understanding of the game. 

We had a lot of questions about horses and mares and about their age, diet, etc. In the session, all our doubts were cleared. Watching the game in action, clicking amazing pictures, exploring what goes behind the game, seeing horses and how well trained and controlled they were was a treat in itself. We came to know that it's not just the players whose diet has to be controlled but the horses too. Moreover, the players prefer mares more than horses. we were amazed to see that how properly the horses were kept in the stables and how well they were taken care of. 

No horse is played for more than 8 minutes, and after the game, they are given a proper massage. During the match their safety is kept in mind, there are a lot of precautionary measures that are taken by the players and hostlers for the horses. It was a good effort from the Vodafone team and an incredible experience for all of us. Thank you, Vodafone for this amazing opportunity.
